Qualifications

  • Experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, and complex performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor and oversee the client's end-to-end contract process.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
