Qualifications

  • Design and implement a 30/60/90-day onboarding experience.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define success metrics.
  • Create and manage new hire assets like playbooks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for up-to-date onboarding content.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and adjust training plans.
