Job summary

The ideal candidate will have proven estate planning or will writing experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a full UK driver's license. Responsibilities include conducting client appointments, delivering seminars, and collaborating with Co-op Legal Services for drafting legal documents. Qualifications

• Proven estate planning or will writing experience trained to the standard of IPW or SWW.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic nature.
• Ability to relay complex legal information in an understandable manner.
• Confidence in presenting and engaging an audience.
• Ability to consult, influence, and negotiate.
• Practical IT literacy in a remote setting.
• Full UK driver’s licence with access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments generated by the company.
• Gain referrals and self-generate at least 50% of new business.
• Discuss benefits of estate planning and legal services with clients.
• Draft legal documents with the support of Co-op Legal Services.
• Deliver talks and seminars to community groups.
• Work closely with customers to identify needs.
• Capture customer instructions using in-house software.
