Job summary

A reputable law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its team with the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE, providing expert advice on a variety of employment matters, including unfair dismissal and discrimination. This position allows for personal caseload management and offers a competitive salary of £65k FTE base plus uncapped OTE. The role requires a commitment of 15 to 25 hours per week, ensuring a work-life balance for dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to provide expert advice on a number of matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload.
• Experience in contentious or mixed contentious / non‑contentious employment work.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients delivering a professional service on a wide range of employment issues.
• Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals.
