A leading medical device company in the UK seeks a Clinical Product Specialist to provide expert support for their Omnipod product portfolio. The role involves managing escalated customer inquiries, educating customers, and supporting onboarding processes. Qualifications

• Prior industry/commercial experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with virtual or phone based clinical support preferred.
• Self-starter who needs minimal direction; extremely flexible.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical escalation calls from Product Support.
• Handle requests from customers that go beyond label language.
• Support new Omnipod customers requiring additional training.

Skills

Excellent customer service skills

Strong interpersonal communications

Fluency in English and French

Proficiency with computers

Education

Bachelor's degree or demonstrated experience in managing insulin pump patients

Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification
