Job summary

A vibrant growing company in Godstone is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. The role involves processing payments and invoices, completing VAT returns, and assisting in general office administration. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of Xero and a minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience. This position also offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000, along with benefits such as 20 days holiday and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero is essential.
  • Knowledge of Payroll and CIS is also useful.

Responsibilities

  • Processing payments, invoices, and receipts and entering data into accounting software.
  • Completing VAT returns.
  • Recording inconsistencies for accountants to reconcile inaccuracies.
