• 2+ years of work experience in provisioning at a managed service provider.
• Experience in a software reseller or distributor business.
• Experience supporting a high volume of clients at first-line support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to company end-users with their licenses.
• Support end-users with use and licensing of AWS.
• Diagnose and resolve common issues at first-line based on documentation.
