Job summary

A leading recruitment agency seeks a Technical Pricing Manager to develop statistical models for insurance products. The role is remote based within the UK and requires strong actuarial pricing experience and expertise in data science techniques like Python or R. The candidate will work with senior stakeholders to drive pricing strategies and improve methodologies. A 2.1 or higher degree in a relevant field is essential, along with experience in statistical analysis software such as Willis Towers Watson.

Qualifications

  • Experience of Actuarial pricing or statistical modelling within a regulated industry.
  • Expertise in data science techniques using Python or R.
  • Degree classification of 2.1 or above in a numerate discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Creating complex actuarial models for pricing strategy.
  • Assisting with statistical analyses and stakeholder interaction.
  • Producing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving existing methodologies.
