As the Acquisition Manager (AM), you are on the front lines of the company\'s land acquisition engine. Your job is to take qualified, pre-scheduled seller calls, build trust, establish empathy, present offers prepared for you, handle objections, and drive quality deals that align with company profit goals to signed contracts. This is a high-impact, commission-driven sales role. You will conduct Discovery and Offer calls with prospective landowners, manage persistent but respectful follow-up, and hand off signed contracts to their dispositions team. The AM is a full-time position within a company that values “performance culture.” Performance culture means we know what success looks like and we are all accountable to accomplishing meaningful goals to create that success.
