Female Relief Support Worker

About the Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible. This involves; following daily planners, helping with financial expenditure, personal care, domestic support and administration of medication.

A rewarding part of the role will be encouraging participation in activities in the local community to enhance social inclusion.

Relief positions - all we ask is that you can be flexible to cover; days, evenings, weekends and waking nights.

If you drive this would be recommended, but is not essential.

An enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
