Where: BBC Newcastle
Hours: 24-hour relief position (08:00–20:00 / 20:00–08:00) with the potential to become full time (4 on, 4 off)
Hourly Rate: £12.60

About the Role
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Good level of concentration and coordination
- Effective report writing and communication skills
- Physical protection of the premises from external or internal threats and preservation of life
- Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage
- Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas; escalate where appropriate; understanding of critical systems
- Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors
- Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures
- Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches
- Maintain clear and legible records and logbooks; adhere to health & safety at all times
- Any other duties deemed necessary
