Qualifications

• Experience in an early years environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Passionate about inspiring children through play and exploration.
• Collaborative approach in building relationships with children and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Implement engaging activities planned by the Key Person.
• Ensure each child feels safe, valued, and happy.
• Contribute to observations for the children’s learning journeys.

Skills

Experience caring for babies and children aged five and under

Knowledge of child development

Ability to implement engaging activities

Strong communication skills

Education

DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above
