Overview

We are seeking calm, resourceful individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking and keen to support older people living in Harrow, in a proactive and holistic manner. As a Relief Extra Care Support Worker, you will have well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement, you will also demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our service users.

Responsibilities

• The role involves supporting individuals to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally.
• Empowering individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals is at the core of what we do.
• You must have a willingness to embrace all aspects of support, including personal care, domestic tasks, and assistance with accessing work, education and social opportunities.
• Flexibility is essential, as you will work on a roster basis, including evenings.

Qualifications
