Reliable female PA to support a kind elderly lady (Worsley) ref:EA-SC-001

Job Description

We are seeking two reliable and compassionate Personal Assistants (PAs) to support an elderly lady in her own home.

She currently has an established PA who works Monday to Thursday, covering morning, lunch and tea calls. We are therefore looking to recruit:

• 1 PA to assist with morning calls
• 2 PAs to cover bed calls, days not covered by the current PA, and weekend calls

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide safe, respectful personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting support
• Assist with use of commode and maintain hygiene standards
• Prepare meals and drinks according to preferences
• Prompt and dispense medication from blister packs
• Support with mobility and positioning as required
• Carry out light domestic duties including kitchen cleaning and washing dishes
• Clean and disinfect commode and care equipment
• Ensure comfort and wellbeing throughout each visit
• Maintain privacy, dignity, and independence at all times
• Secure the property on leaving and report any concerns
