Job summary

A leading kitchen supplier in England is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive improvements in equipment reliability and availability. This role involves working as part of a team to develop group systems and standards, with a focus on enhancing safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and proven skills in FMECA and CMMS. Qualifications

  • A time-served Electrical / Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven interpersonal and technical skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Proven technical background in a high-speed manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Maintenance Excellence tools and techniques such as FMECA.
  • Confident and articulate communicator.

Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements in equipment reliability and availability.
  • Develop and implement group systems and standards.
  • Assist in implementing maintenance excellence strategy.
  • Provide coaching and support for effective Root Cause Analysis.
