Job Title: Relationship Manager – South West Midlands – Thames Valley & Hertfordshire, sales area Manufacturing Asset Finance – Salary up to £70,000, on target earnings are a further 30% of base salary with bonuses payable quarterly but with potential to earn up to 500% of salary in bonuses. Location: South East England (S Eng). Salary: up to £70,000, with on target earnings a further 30% of base salary and quarterly bonuses; potential to earn up to 500% of salary in bonuses, plus usual large company benefits including a company car and contributory pension.

Our client, a leading asset financier, seeks an additional Relationship Manager to join their manufacturing asset-focused sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect for new direct or dealer-driven business typically in the SME & SMB space across the sales area of South West Midlands, Thames Valley & Hertfordshire.
  • Self-source the majority of your own business, with support from management.
  • Meet reasonable targets reflecting the strong new business nature of the role (typical targets relating to £6m at this salary).
  • Share details of targets and selling rates with suitably qualified applicants and provide a detailed job description to qualified candidates.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • To apply you must live in the sales area and ideally have a background in direct-driven asset finance.
  • Experience financing manufacturing assets is of particular interest; a hard asset direct background is also acceptable.
  • Applicants with a manufacturing asset sales background who wish to develop a career in asset finance are welcome, as training in asset finance is provided.
  • We are seeking genuine new business hunters who can cold call, canvass, and close deals, regardless of background.
  • We are looking for candidates who can deliver value beyond price and understand that substantial earnings come from performance.
Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £70,000, with on-target earnings of a further 30% of base salary via quarterly bonuses and the potential to earn up to 500% of salary in bonuses. All usual large company benefits are included, such as a company car and a contributory pension.
