Overview

Relationship Manager – Peterborough, Cambridge & East Anglia, Manufacturing Asset Finance – Salary up to £70,000, on target earnings a further 30% of base salary with bonuses payable quarterly, with potential to earn up to 500% of base salary.

Our client, a leading asset financier, is seeking an additional Relationship Manager to join their highly successful manufacturing asset focused sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect for new direct or dealer-driven business, typically in the SME & SMB space, across a sales area of Peterborough, Cambridge & East Anglia.
  • Largely self-source your own business but will be supported by management.
  • Targets are reasonable and reflect the strong new business nature of the role; typically £6m at this salary.
  • We will share details of the target and typical selling rates with suitably qualified applicants.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • To apply you must live in the sales area and ideally have a background in direct-driven asset finance.
  • Experience financing manufacturing assets is of particular interest; other hard asset direct asset finance backgrounds are acceptable.
  • Applicants who have a manufacturing asset sales background and who wish to develop a career in asset finance are welcome, as you will receive excellent training in asset finance.
  • We are seeking genuine new business hunters with the skills to cold call, canvass and close.
  • We welcome applicants who are not focused on being the cheapest on price, as strong value selling is valued.
Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £70,000, on target earnings are a further 30% of base salary with bonuses payable quarterly and with the potential to earn up to 500% of salary in bonuses. Plus all usual large company benefits including a company car and a generous contributory pension.
