About the Role

Our client is a leading international bank based in the City. They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their Home Loans department.

Responsibilities

1. Manage relationships with high-net worth clients seeking mortgage solutions.
2. Provide advice and guidance to mortgage intermediaries.
3. Conduct financial assessments to design and deliver suitable solutions.
4. Originate and evaluate mortgage applications, including creditworthiness assessments.
5. Undertake KYC client onboarding and AML checks to ensure compliance.
6. Propose strategic solutions to enhance products and promote loan growth.

Candidate Attributes and Qualifications

Applicants should have proven relationship management experience, with solid knowledge of FCA and MCOB rules. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a deputy role within a mortgage consultancy and possess CEMA or CEMAP qualifications. Experience with a T&C scheme is advantageous. There is potential for the role to evolve into a Mortgage Consultant position over time. Salary is £75,000-£80,000 plus bonus and benefits. Hybrid working is available.
