• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of process governance in regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute the RCM Governance and Oversight framework.
• Provide oversight for complex multi-market RCM projects.
• Drive enhancement of GSOP RCM governance processes.
• Perform quality assurance in the creation of SOPs.
• Track RCM metrics and manage risks accordingly.
• Present regulatory initiatives at control forums.
