Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a Ceremony Coordinator/Registrar to ensure high standards of customer care in the preparation and delivery of ceremonies and the associated paperwork. You will assist in raising the profile and promoting the wonderful accommodation at Cheylesmore Manor House.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet couples to discuss and create a bespoke ceremony.
  • Offer ceremonial services and enhance the day with additional products such as keepsakes, venue upgrades and enhanced packages.
  • Identify opportunities to promote and sell additional ceremony‑related services and products.
  • Be commercially minded, confident in upselling and proactive in contributing to income generation targets.
  • Performance in selling activities will be regularly monitored and measured against agreed KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Enthusiastic, innovative, forward‑thinking, and great with people.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good public speaking, and a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom – no sponsorship is offered for this role.
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Working Pattern

Regular working pattern will be a two‑week cycle: Monday to Saturday, followed by Tuesday to Friday.
