Supporting you in your new role Experience within a referral setting is preferred but not essential, as we have a comprehensive induction and training period designed to support all new nurses. We are also proud to offer central support via IVC Evidensia's 'Introduction to Referral Nursing' training modules, specifically designed for RVNs moving from first opinion to referral. To be successful you will be a proactive, enthusiastic and approachable person who is not only a great team player, but can also use their own initiative and self‑motivate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multi‑task with a flexible approach to working, are a must. A full time position covers 40 hours per week, across a rolling 6 week rota. We offer a 4 day working week, which comprises 4 x 9.25hr shifts between 07:00-20:30 during the week, plus a 1 in 6 weekend rota (Saturday and Sunday). We have a bank holiday rota which currently works out at 2 per year. We will also consider part time applicants for this role.
Salary: up to £36,000 DOE (31,800 pa)
