Location: Eastcott Referrals

Hours: 30 hours per week with optional additional 10 hours clinical

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Eastcott Referrals team as a Patient Flow Co-ordinator. Eastcott sees a wide variety of complex and rewarding referral cases across multiple disciplines including Neurology, Surgery, Medicine, Cardiology and Ophthalmology.

This is a key operational role within the hospital, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of patients across all departments to support excellent patient care and service delivery.

The Role

As Patient Flow Co-ordinator, you will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the hospital by overseeing the scheduling and movement of cases across all departments.

You will work closely with the nursing team, clinicians, administrative teams and the leadership team to ensure:

  • Efficient throughput of cases across the hospital
  • Timely acceptance and processing of emergency cases
  • Proactive management and prevention of delays
  • Clear oversight of daily scheduling and capacity planning

This role requires strong, inclusive and decisive leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and influence teams to deliver optimal patient care while supporting the hospital’s operational goals.
