A multi-disciplinary referral hospital in Swindon is looking for a Patient Flow Co-ordinator to manage the efficient flow of patients across departments. The role demands strong leadership and communication skills to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency. Hours: 30 hours per week with optional additional 10 hours clinical
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Eastcott Referrals team as a Patient Flow Co-ordinator. Eastcott sees a wide variety of complex and rewarding referral cases across multiple disciplines including Neurology, Surgery, Medicine, Cardiology and Ophthalmology.
This is a key operational role within the hospital, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of patients across all departments to support excellent patient care and service delivery.

As Patient Flow Co-ordinator, you will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the hospital by overseeing the scheduling and movement of cases across all departments.
