A veterinary practice in Liverpool City Region is seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their supportive team on a part-time basis. Wirral Vets are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our busy and supportive team. This varied role will give you a broad and rewarding mix of responsibilities including anaesthetic monitoring, surgical nursing, nurse consultations and maintaining excellent patient and client care. With a heavy charity caseload you will also see the positive impact local charities have within our community.
This is a part‑time role offering flexibility to enjoy your free time. We are looking for two full days 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. plus participation in the Saturday rota 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
You will be part of a well established team including five vets, four RVNs, two SVNs and ANAs along with dedicated reception staff. Upton is purpose built with four consulting rooms, a fully equipped theatre, dedicated dog and cat wards and digital X‑ray. Seaview is smaller but still well equipped, offering everything expected of a busy first‑opinion practice.
You will be a Registered Veterinary Nurse who enjoys variety and working as part of a supportive team. Strong communication skills, a positive approach and a genuine passion for patient care are essential.
