Job description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate RVN to help deliver exceptional care at our new site. Our affordable service will provide the pets and pet owners of St Helens with high-quality care without the hefty price tag. The diverse caseload at Animal Trust means no two days will be the same, allowing you to use all your nursing skills. This clinic will be supported by our 24/7 site at Bolton, ensuring ongoing care for the pets we treat.

Our new clinic in St Helens will feature top-tier facilities to provide exceptional care for pets. The clinic will include two fully equipped theatres, a dedicated dental suite with dental X-ray, and a diagnostic room offering both ultrasound and digital X-ray services. Designed for patient comfort, the clinic will have six consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, and a spacious waiting room with a quiet area for cats, ensuring a calm and stress-free environment for all pets

At Animal Trust, you'll find a supportive and inclusive culture that values each individual's contribution. We operate without hierarchy, fostering an environment where every team member contributes to our shared commitment to clinical excellence.

About animal Trust

Animal Trust stands out from other veterinary services. Firstly, we are a unique Community Interest Company, being the only veterinary CIC in the UK to date. Our primary focus isn't solely on maximising profits; instead, we are dedicated to delivering on our mission and ensuring enough profit to sustain our business in the long term.

Our vision is clear: No pet should go untreated or face euthanasia when there is a viable treatment option. We firmly believe that pet ownership should be accessible to all, acknowledging that individuals earning the Real Living Wage may encounter challenges in affording veterinary care when their pet falls ill. In response, we aim to assist. Our free consultations and transparent pricing enable our vets and nurses to break down the barriers that stand in the way of pets receiving the treatment they need
