Service User Age: Adults (Over 18 Years)

Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Dual Diagnoses Service Gender Mixed, Male and Female SU's

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership
• Maintaining staffing levels, within budget
• Stakeholder Management
• Consistent and quality 121 engagement for the teams
• Develop our approach to person centred care and support team
• Essential training - CQC inspections
• Ensuring positive contribution to MDT meetings
