A leading end-of-life care charity in North Wales seeks a Registered Nurse for night shifts. This role involves providing holistic, person-centred care and working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity for patients at the end of life. As a Registered Nurse based in North Wales Betsi Cadwaladr, you\'ll be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred end-of-life care. This role is exclusively for night shifts working two 9-hour shifts per week providing essential support and continuity of care during overnight hours.
You\'ll work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver holistic care tailored to the needs of patients and their loved ones. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring comfort, dignity, and compassion at the end of life.

Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 5 (aligned with AFC) £31,516 - £38,364 pro rata per annum + enhancements
Contract: Permanent Night shifts, 18 hours per week
Based: Community Based North Wales Flintshire and Wrexham
