A leading healthcare provider in Devon is seeking a skilled healthcare professional to manage haemodialysis treatment and care. The role includes coordinating shifts, supervising staff, and working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Applicants should have renal competencies and experience in a similar setting. On completion of renal competencies, the post holder will be required to: prioritise, assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of care, including haemodialysis treatment and care of dialysis access. Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and contribute to on-going assessment of patients to optimise treatment and promote best outcomes.
The working pattern will be a mixture of early (07:30-18:30) and late (12:00-23:00) shifts worked Monday-Saturday. We are closed on Sundays, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, with no overnight working required.
