You will be supporting our Client with NG Tube feeds twice a day (In the Morning from 9am to 10:30am and in the afternoon from 4pm to 5:30pm)

Claimont Health is recruiting a fantastic Part Time role as a Registered Mental Health Nurse / Registered General Nurse based in the community to support clients who have complex clinical needs and require a high level of care and support at home. The post holder will benefit from the support and motivation of both the clinical and operations teams and will provide support to long terms conditions and frailty clients in the comforts of their own homes.
The Post holder will undertake all aspects of clinical duties and will work within their professional scope of practice to deliver individualised care that supports patients to achieve a desired outcome. They will be responsible for the co-ordination and the delivery of a high-quality mental health care using evidence-based practice through the provision of clinical advice and support, acting as a role model, and providing education and training where appropriate. They will liaise closely with external professionals, family and carers, local services, and anyone else involved in the patients care package.
