As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act on behalf of the Manager. You will ensure high standards of care for residents, undertaking nursing tasks such as distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, and providing high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning.
