A healthcare provider in Tasmania is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to critically ill patients, collaborating with a dynamic medical team. The Team: The Intensive Care Unit within the LGH is a 11 bed dynamic medical/surgical unit that prides itself on delivering excellence in health care and improving outcomes for our workforce and the Tasmanian community.
The Role: The Registered Nurse supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care to critically ill patients. Working under the guidance of senior nurses and the multidisciplinary team, the role involves monitoring patients, administering treatments, assisting with clinical procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and responding to changes in patient condition, while developing critical care skills in a fast-paced environment.

Permanent full time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $80,524 to $109,175 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Access to the Grade 4 salary range $102,439- $109,175 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
