Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join the team at Rectory House Nursing Home, a 33-bedded residential and nursing home in Lancing, West Sussex. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading an amazing care team, promoting independence and dignity, and enriching the lives of the individuals in your care.

Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Aria Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to the residents of Rectory House Nursing Home. This will involve assessing and planning care, administering medication, and supporting the overall well-being of the residents. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure that the individual needs of each resident are met. The role requires 36 hours per week, including days, nights, and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• You must be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) Pin. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as the organisation is committed to supporting the professional development of their staff.
