About the service

A purpose-built care home offering exceptional residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care. With 57 beautifully furnished bedrooms-each with optional en-suite facilities.

Role and responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse here you will responsible for one floor (26 beds downstairs, 29 upstairs), supporting residents with a range of physical health and general nursing needs. Dementia care needs are low-level, including conditions such as Parkinson\'s and Huntington\'s.

As part of the nursing team, you\'ll care for 27 residents per shift, supported by experienced, medication-trained care staff and another nurse.

Your duties will include:

• Medication administration (MARS)
• Diabetes and continence management
• Palliative and end-of-life care
