An NHS healthcare provider in Wales is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to assist in delivering patient care at home. Suitable candidates will possess a current NMC registration and demonstrate effective nursing skills. Experience within specialty settings is beneficial, and Welsh speaking is desirable. This role offers extensive training, flexible working hours, and a benefits package in a supportive environment.

To assist with the assessment, planning, delivery & evaluation of all aspects of patient care within patients own home. To provide prescribed nursing care without direct supervision. To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies.
We are looking for highly motivated and professional registrants who are keen to develop their career within the Community, providing high standards of nursing care to patients within their own homes. Although experience would be helpful, the right candidate will be provided with a tailored training package to meet their needs and ensure they are equipped with the skills necessary to undertake this role. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
