Registered Nurse - Care Home

Location: Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 8AA

Hours: 36 hours per week

Pay: £22.11 per hour plus £2000 Welcome Bonus

They are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their care home in Malton, North Yorkshire. The Role

As a Registered Nurse you’ll provide person‑centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You’ll:

  • Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
  • Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
  • Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
  • Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
  • Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
Essential Criteria
  • Current NMC registration (RGN)
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical practices
  • Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
  • Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person‑centred care
