Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) to join its team, caring for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities. This small, person-centred service prides itself on providing compassionate, high-quality care where every resident is treated as an individual. Working up to 42 hours per week on a rotation of day and night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents with complex needs and learning disabilities.
  • Support residents\' health and wellbeing through effective assessment, care planning, and clinical practice.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide care staff during shifts.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and choice in all aspects of care.
Qualifications
  • NMC Registered Nurse - RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
  • Experience within a nursing home or care setting.
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on safe, high-quality care.
