Role

You will be working full time DAYS ONLY while making a real difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Assess and supervise all aspects of client care needs.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document accurately.
• Maintain and review client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and guide junior staff, providing support and training.
