A leading hospice organization in the UK seeks a compassionate nurse to provide exemplary palliative care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, advocating for the best interests of children and their families while ensuring holistic care. The role supports the delivery of high-quality nursing care and includes educational support and development opportunities.
This role supports the provision of palliative care to children, young people and families living with a life‑limited condition. Palliative care includes the provision of respite breaks, enabling children opportunities to have fun, make memories ‘adding life to shortened years’. You will provide high‑quality, holistic, family‑centred and compassionate care whilst meeting the complex clinical needs of the children in our care. The hospice delivers end‑of‑life care to a small number of children, working with specialist teams providing training and advice to manage children’s symptoms effectively. You will work as part of a large team comprising clinical staff, activities coordinators and the child and family support team.

Martlets provides essential care to people affected by terminal illness in Brighton and Hove and surrounding areas. Our expert teams provide the very best care and support, helping patients and their loved ones to live life to the full during the precious time they have together.
