Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: Barnt Green

Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Current rating: Inadequate by the CQC. A newly appointed and experienced Senior Management Team is driving improvements with a shared goal of achieving an Outstanding rating, placing patient care at the forefront of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-focused care.
  • Participate in developing new services and care pathways.
  • Support the local implementation of the Nursing Strategy.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.
Shift Pattern
  • Night shifts: 19:30 – 08:00
Qualifications
  • Hold an active NMC PIN with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience.
  • Have relevant clinical experience.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Show the ability to use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Possess excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
