• Current active NMC Pin required.
• Ability to assess resident needs and priorities.
• Experience in administering medications.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of residents and identify care priorities.
• Administer medication within NMC guidelines.
• Complete and maintain care plans with input from all stakeholders.
• Report health issues and request professional visits when necessary.
