A leading care provider in Hereford is seeking a Registered Manager for their Children’s Residential Care service. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure high-quality care for young people, and possess relevant qualifications. Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Location: Hereford
Salary: Entry salary £60,000
Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young people requiring complex care
Home; Number of Beds: 3-bed complex care home
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (essential); Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred)
Experience in Years: At least 2 years in residential care of children, with 1 year in a supervisory role in the last 5 years
