Ofsted Registered Manager (New 4-Bed Children's Home)
This is a rare opportunity for a dedicated leader to build a new children's home from its foundations. We are seeking an exceptional Ofsted Registered Manager to take the helm of a brand-new, purpose-built children's residential home. This is a chance to shape a service from the ground up, creating a sanctuary where four young people can find safety, healing, and hope.
This is more than a management role; it's a chance to create something truly special.
- Create Your Vision: Shape the culture, therapeutic environment, and ethos of a brand-new 4-bed home from day one.
- Build Your Own Team: You will handpick your entire team, including a Deputy Manager, two Team Leaders, and the support staff.
- Lead from the Start: Guide the home through the pre-registration process with Ofsted, select the first children you will support, and establish a centre of excellence.
- Unrivalled Support: You are not alone. You will be backed by a highly supportive senior management team and a network of two other successful local children's services, fostering a collaborative and growth-provoking environment.
