About the Role

Were seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our purpose-built childrens home in Redhill, Surrey , supporting young people with emotional and learning disabilities (EBD / LD) .

Youll be responsible for delivering a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children can thrive ensuring they reach their maximum potential and enjoy positive, meaningful lives.

This is a rewarding leadership role for someone with the vision, experience, and empathy to guide a skilled care team and uphold the highest standards of Ofsted compliance and child-centred care .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the childrens home in line with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards .
• Ensure all young people receive tailored support promoting their emotional, educational, and social development.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, and behaviour support plans.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, building a high-performing, compassionate team.
