We are seeking an experienced and values‑led Registered Manager to lead two supported living services in Birmingham, delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for quality, compliance, performance, and financial viability, ensuring services consistently meet CQC standards and deliver positive outcomes for the people supported.
You will oversee two established supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
One service supports up to five individuals in a residential setting with 24/7 care and support, focusing on empowerment, independence, and meaningful daily living.
The second service supports three individuals, providing consistent, personalised support for people with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge.
Across both services, dedicated staff teams are available around the clock to promote independence, confidence, choice, and person‑centred outcomes.
