Salary: performance-related bonuses up to 5000 relocation package

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and resilient Registered Manager who can transform a house into a truly nurturing home. You will lead your team with confidence, ensuring young people receive outstanding care, stability and positive role models.

You must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of residential childcare experience
  • 2 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Level 3 Level 5 in Residential Childcare
  • Evidence of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to high-quality care
