We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our residential homes for children and young people aged 8 -18 with complex emotional, behavioural, and social needs.

What You'll Do :
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team delivering outstanding care
  • Oversee admissions and ensure full, appropriate occupancy
  • Maintain compliance with Ofsted and care regulations
  • Drive high-quality, therapeutically informed practice
  • Ensure risk assessments, safeguarding, and placement plans are up to date and effective
  • Support with audits, budgeting, staffing, and recruitment
  • Build strong partnerships with local authorities, commissioners, and agencies
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and engaging home environment
  • Encourage and empower young people's voice and participation in their care
About You :
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or willing to achieve within 6 months
  • 2+ years of experience in a children's residential setting
  • 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Children's Homes Regulations (2015)
  • Excellent understanding of Ofsted standards, health & safety, and quality assurance
  • Organised, compassionate, and ready to lead by example
