Are you a passionate and driven care professional ready to lead and grow a high-quality domiciliary care service?

We’re proud to be representing one of our valued care provider clients — a dedicated and forward-thinking organisation delivering exceptional care across Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole — in their search for a Registered Manager to lead their Care at Home service.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll take full responsibility for ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, developing and supporting a dedicated care team, and driving the growth of the service by securing new care packages and building trusted relationships within the local community.

Key Responsibilities for the Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure full compliance with all CQC standards and regulations
  • Recruit, train and inspire a high-performing team of care professionals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Drive business growth through proactive service development
  • Maintain exceptional standards of care and client satisfaction
  • Act as the Registered Manager , responsible for safeguarding, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
About You

Proven experience in a similar role within the care sector (e.g. Registered Manager, Care Manager, Deputy Manager, Field Care Supervisor)

Strong leadership, organisational and people management skills

Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and domiciliary care standards

Proactive, business‑minded approach with a passion for delivering high‑quality care

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
