Our client is a residential specialist in Cambridgeshire, focusing on children with challenging behaviour and complex needs. They aim to provide a 24/7 interactive, person-centred approach for young people aged between 12 and 16, catering to their social, therapeutic, and educational requirements.

The organisation specialises in building confidence, self-esteem, and providing a skill set that enables young people to take responsibility for their lives.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience and a proven record working with children within a residential setting. The manager must be qualified to Level 4/5 in Children & Young People or hold a Social Work degree with sector experience, along with RMA.

The manager will be responsible for maintaining and promoting the reputation of the home, creating a caring environment that meets the emotional, physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of service users. The role requires working unsupervised, with financial awareness, budgeting skills, and the ability to keep legal documentation updated and secure.
