Salary: £31,050 – £36,750 Annually

Deliver high-quality, individualised, and holistic patient care, ensuring every interaction is patient centred.
Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, helping foster a cohesive and collaborative team culture.
Administer safe haemodialysis treatment according to patient-specific prescriptions.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with external partners and hospital trusts.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, service users, and healthcare providers.
Follow company policies, guidelines, and clinical procedures while supporting continuous improvements.
Develop and maintain the clinical skills and knowledge needed to deliver best-in-class care.
Contribute to evidence-based practice, helping to evaluate and enhance patient care standards.
