What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary/home care (essential)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience with CQC inspections
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Effective communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience in marketing and growing a care business with a track record of service development and expansion
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
