We are looking for a registered children's nurse to join a team of nurses who support a male teenage client in his home and the community. Our client is a medically complex young man who needs support around the clock to ensure his needs are met. Whilst our client is medically complex, his family and care team are very knowledgeable and will support you fully to integrate into the team and routine. He lives at home with his family and their pet dog, enjoys playing on his iPad, as well as with his trains and figures, and enjoys going out with his family as long as it isn't cold or wet! He mobilises with assistance and has a wheelchair for longer distances. His family home as an adapted room downstairs which is fit for his needs.

What you'll be working:
A range of shifts are available to help support within the client's package of care;
he has support from nursing staff almost all of the time and requires 1:1 care during the day and overnight.
What you'll be doing:
Providing support to a teenage client in his home and in the community as necessary.
Interacting with him, playing games and watching his iPad.
Promoting independence where appropriate.
